Quality Furnished Two and Four Bedroom Apartments
Kitchens come complete with electric range, frost-free refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and full size washer and dryer. The living room has a couch, entertainment center, coffee table, end table, and a dining table or bar. Bedrooms have a full size bed, night table, dresser, desk and chair. Apartments are equipped with deadbolt locks on both entry and bedroom doors, a monitored security system, smoke alarms, and a sprinkler system.

Individual Leases
We lease individual bedrooms, so if your roommate leaves or does not pay their rent, your rent does not change. Also, if you don’t have a roommate, we’ll provide one for you.

All-inclusive Rent and No Utility Deposits
Your one monthly rent payment covers electricity, water, local telephone service, cable TV, Ethernet Internet connection, and monitored security system. Plus, you don’t pay any separate deposits for any of these utilities.
