University Highlands is full for 2024/2025!

  • COED living arrangements are offered in our 2-bedroom floorplan ONLY.
  • University Highlands does not allow Pets. Please contact the office if you would like information about the requirements to be approved for an Assistance Animal.
  • The monthly rental rate for our 4-bedroom/2-bath floorplan will be $600 per bedroom. Our monthly rental rate for our 2-bedroom/2-bath floorplan will be $660 per bedroom

A complete packet includes:

1. The lease filled out and signed by the student
2. The Guaranty of Lease filled out, signed by a parent or legal guardian, and notarized
3. A check in the amount of $200.00 made payable to University Highlands
4. A seperate check for the amount of $100.00 also made payable to University Highlands
